It was a chilly, windy day in Fargo, N.D., on November 7, 2019, but inside the Holiday Inn it was warm and festive! Over 200 people gathered to celebrate the 34th Annual Presentation Prayer Center Brunch. Our featured presenter was Rev. Dr. Paul Lang, head of staff at First Presbyterian Church in Fargo. This past October, our congregation held our fall assembly meetings. For many years, our congregation has invited our associate members, cojourners, to certain sessions of our meetings. The Arc of Dreams in Sioux Falls, S.D., took on an entirely new meaning on Tuesday, November 12 at noon, when about 50 people weathered the 30 mph winds and below zero wind chill temperatures to pray for the Supreme Court Justices at the same time they were hearing oral arguments determining the future of the Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
