When Father Ronald Giannone, Order of Friars Minor Capuchin, Sister Noreen’s fourth grade student, celebrated Sister Noreen’s jubilee Mass in July, he announced he was taking her to Rome in September with his ministry group, the Ministry of Caring from Wilmington, Delaware. There was a private audience planned with Pope Francis. Sister Noreen showed Pope Francis her medal of Nano Nagle and asked him to bless it. She told him we are hoping Nano will be canonized.
