Staten Island Butterfly Sister

Over the last couple of years at the beginning of spring, Sister Janet Dunn turns her hand to raising butterflies at school and, this year, the convent. I was with great interest that the sisters watched the progress of the caterpillars, larvae and finally to the butterflies! On a beautiful day they were released and found their way back into the wild.
