Catholic Schools Week
Most of the Presentation Congregations in North America have their roots in a call to educate. Bishops across the United States put out calls in the late 1800s for women religious to educate the children of settlers and those native to the areas.
While the Presentation Sisters have broadened their ministries and many have moved out of the traditional classroom setting, education continues to be an important part of our mission. The Sisters firmly belief that education is the key to providing individuals with the tools they need to thrive.
